* HAZARD TYPES...SIGNIFICANT ICING.

* TIMING...THROUGH 9 AM TUESDAY.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...6 TO 20 ABOVE.

* WIND CHILLS...0 TO 10 BELOW.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL...ESPECIALLY ON UNTREATED SURFACES...DUE
TO SNOW AND ICE COVERED ROADS AND WALKWAYS. SCATTERED POWER
