Coldest May on Record? Unseasonable chill from visit of Polar Vortex due to dip in Jet Stream makes it feel more like March or early April than early May

After a relatively mild,snowless winter,it seems like Old Man Winter doesn't want to give up the ghost just yet even though we're only 5 or 6 weeks from the 2017 Summer Solstice.
