After a relatively mild,snowless summer,it seems like Old Man Winter
doesn't want to give up the ghost just yet even though we're only 5 or 6
weeks from the 2017 Summer Solstice. Due to the Jet Stream dipping
unusually far to the south for this time of year, allowing for an
unseasonable intrusion of the Polar Vortex into the Northeastern US,
this spring is looking to be one of the coldest on record and certainly
May 2017 could go down as one of the coldest Mays on record because of this.Here's the high and low temperatures for one such location in the
