As clouds move into the area, rain and drizzle can be expected to continue through the remainder of the week before drier weather returns this weekend.
Highs in the middle 40s and low 50s can be expected for the duration of the week.
A weak storm system will move into the area as lingering showers hold through the day Thursday, AccuWeather.com Meteorologist Carl Erickson said.
"Another system coming down in the flow will keep the chance for showers in place through Friday with little change in temperatures," he said.

Looking ahead into the weekend, a drying trend is in store as high pressure settles into the region.
Highs both Saturday and Sunday will be in the lower 50s.
