After a stormy end to the week, much calmer conditions will be the rule through the weekend in the Metroplex.
The respite will help power restoration efforts in the region.
More than 90,000 Oncor customers were still without electricity on Saturday, following Thursday's storms that rolled through with a powerful cold front.
Daytime highs will climb into the mid-80s by the end of the weekend and then start toward 90 F on Monday.
It will be a warm day Sunday for football fans who make their way to AT&T Stadium to watch the Dallas Cowboys play the Houston Texans. Kickoff is slated for noon CDT.
