WeatherWhys for January 7,2013

The Blizzard of '96 brought incredible amounts of snow to the mid-Atlantic and Northeast from Jan. 6-9. Nearly 4 feet of snow fell in the mountains of West Virginia, with up to 3 feet from parts of Maryland and northern Virginia through New Jersey.
