Another October-like day is shaping up for Detroit on Monday with fresh cool air on the way.
It will be a partly sunny day on Monday with temperatures only topping out in the upper 60s, making the day feel more like early October than mid-September.
Temperatures Monday night will drop down to 47 degrees in the city with some northern and western suburbs dipping into the lower 40s.
Abundant sunshine on Tuesday will allow temperatures to rebound to around 70 degrees with warmer air to follow from Wednesday through Friday.

While Tuesday and Wednesday will be dry, a shower or thunderstorm will return Thursday and Friday.
