High pressure will bring continued dry weather to Germany on Thursday.
While it will remain dry, there will be more clouds across the northern tier of the country as a weak frontal boundary approaches the region. Central Germany can expect partly sunny skies while southern Germany will see the most sunshine following some morning fog.
Rainfall will spread into far northern and northwest Germany Thursday night, slowly advancing southward during the day on Friday.
The rainfall will generally be light, but umbrellas will be needed in Hamburg, Breman and Hanover. The rainfall will spread into Berlin during the afternoon.
Farther south, the dry weather will continue through skies will partly to mostly cloudy.
