Sliding temperatures and wintry conditions will linger across the Cleveland area into the end of the week.
Early in the week, high temperatures will hover near 20 F, plunging Cleveland into a deep freeze through the week with AccuWeather RealFeel ® temperatures around zero degrees Fahrenheit.
"A clipper storm will bring the potential for a few inches of snow into Tuesday," AccuWeather.com Senior Meteorologist Dave Samuhel said.
If headed out on the roads, stay alert to rapidly changing conditions with MinuteCast® to track rain down to your precise location.

Temperatures will continue to slide through Thursday, sinking into the middle to upper teens for the end of the week.

By midweek, the chance for snow will return with another round of potentially heavy, lake-effect snow pushing across the Cleveland area before it tapers off Thursday, Samuhel said.
Looking ahead into the weekend, temperatures will rebound into the 20s with cloudy skies.
