A scare for families in southern North Carolina Wednesday when a school bus full of kids ended up on its side.The
accident happened around 3:30 p.m. west of Charlotte in Gaston County.
Aerial photos showed first responders on the scene attending to
injuries. According to WSOC-TV, none of the injuries were
life-threatening.
Between 30 and 40 people were on board.The Charlotte Observer reports a second bus is taking parents to reunite with their children at the scene.No
word yet what caused the accident. The weather at the time of the crash
was 32 and cloudy, according to data from Weather Underground, which is
