Minneapolis: Sun, Mild Temperatures to Persist Through Weekend

Mild and dry conditions will stretch over most of the weekend for the Twin Cities.
Sunshine will return to the area late in the week and remain dominant until Sunday. Temperatures will rise into the upper 30s by Friday as sunny conditions make for a bright kickoff for the weekend.

However, strong winds will push through the area into Friday evening.
A round of snow that may cause minor travel disruptions could hit the region late Saturday into Sunday.

Temperatures should hover above the freezing mark. Average daytime temperatures for this time of year rest in the mid-20s.
