Sunshine Set through Weekend in Cleveland

Sunny skies with pleasant temperatures will rule through the weekend in the Cleveland area.
Daytime highs will be in the mid-70s through Sunday. Nighttime lows will be in the low 50s.
Temperatures will be slightly above normal for this time of September. The normal high is 71 F.

Patchy morning fog may cause travel issues for drivers across the region through Sunday.
The weather will create pleasant conditions for baseball as the Cleveland Indians battle for one of the two American League Wild Card spots at Progressive Field against the Tampa Bay Rays. The home-ending series runs through Sunday.

Looking ahead to next week, the calm skies and mild temperatures are expected to continue for an extended stretch of the week.
A shower or two could pop up briefly near midweek. However, the showers should be brief and move out of the area relatively quickly.
