Pittsburgh will feel some of the cooler impacts from the chill spreading out of the Midwest this week.
Overnight temperatures will reach almost record-breaking levels in the low 50s, making unseasonably cold evenings.

Night skies should be mostly clear.
Day temperatures will not be as severe, though still cooler before rising into the weekend. Wednesday should be the coolest with a high in the low 70s, nearly 10 degrees lower than normal.
Usually in the low to mid-80s, the next chance for typical summer heat is Monday.

Skies should be partly sunny for the next several days before thunderstorms could pop up over the weekend.
Storm threats will linger into most of next week as temperatures return to normal.
