The hits from Old Man Winter will keep coming around Pittsburgh into midweek.
In the wake of the recent snowstorm that grazed the city, temperatures will challenge record lows Tuesday morning over much of the Northeast. AccuWeather RealFeel® temperatures will be below zero at times into Tuesday morning.
Motorists and pedestrians are advised that untreated areas made wet by melting from Monday will freeze quickly at night.
Highs are forecast to be in the 20s on Tuesday and to struggle to reach 40 degrees on Wednesday, well below the average high in the middle 40s.

Temperatures will slowly climb during the balance of the week with highs forecast to reach 50 degrees on Friday.
A southern storm system will be monitored for rain and possible wet snow in the local area Thursday.
