The winter chill will not relax its grip on the Twin Cities through the first half of the coming week.
After temperatures failed to climb out of the 30s either day this weekend, a similar trend is expected into the first part of the week.
Clouds are expected to stick around through Wednesday with dry conditions on St. Patrick's Day. Those headed out to holiday festivities can expect gray skies and temperatures in the middle 30s.

By Tuesday, the focus shifts toward the potential for snow. While not a powerful system, a storm emerging from the Rockies could bring a couple of inches of snow Tuesday into Wednesday.
