Warmth Following Cool Shot for Harrisburg

Cool air moves in to start the new work-week in Harrisburg, but another surge of warmth is on the way.
After a cold front moves through the area late Sunday, there will be a shot of cool air moving into the region.
More fall-like temperatures will spread across the Northeast, dropping highs to the low to mid 70s for Monday.

However, things will heat up again by Tuesday, as the cool air slides off into the northern Atlantic. This will allow warmer temperatures to push up from the South and highs again reaching into the mid to upper 80s.

Later in the week, temperatures will surge into the low 80s in Harrisburg. There will also be humidity with this heat.
The next front could bring a few spotty thunderstorms to the area Wednesday Night and Thursday. Some storms on Thursday could be strong, perhaps severe.
