The latest push of Canadian air that settled over Detroit and Lower Michigan will be followed by a temperature rebound and possible storms later in the week.
High temperatures will trend upward into the 70s Wednesday, then the lower 80s on Friday.
There could be patchy for for the the morning commute Wednesday for folks driving in from the suburbs. Into the evening, the threat for showers and storms will emerge.
For folks heading to Comerica Park to enjoy some late-season baseball during the evenings between the Tigers and Mariners, may be able to leave the jackets and sweaters at home for Wednesday's game.

Warmer air will settle in later in the week. However, folks heading to the ballgames Thursday and Friday evening should expect some showers and thunderstorms.
Thunderstorms during Friday will be heavy and gusty with localized severe weather possible.
Jacket and sweater weather will return to the area over the weekend, as will some sunshine.
