Following showers on Tuesday, Minneapolis will face a welcomed stretch of calm, sunny days.
Temperatures will rise into the weekend before reaching the upper 70s on Saturday. Independence Day celebrations should have comfortable conditions with plenty of sunshine and temperatures in the mid-70s.

Those with outdoor activities should take precautions when spending extended time in the sun. For fans heading to Target Field for some baseball over the holiday weekend, there should be comfortable weather for the entirety the Minnesota Twins home series against the New York Yankees.
Nighttime temperatures will follow a similar pattern and reach the upper 60s into the weekend.
