Minneapolis will see seasonable weather for the next several days before another round of storms looms over the weekend.
Temperatures will drop to the low 80s over the next few days. Sunny skies and slight breezes will make for comfortable weather. Clear skies should remain clear overnight until Thursday when thunderstorms will move in.
Overnight temperatures will hover from the low to mid-60s.
Clouds rolling in starting towards the end of the week will bring thunderstorms to the area. Nights will be humid as storms could linger throughout the weekend.
After spiking heat earlier in the week, temperatures will have subsided to normal for this time of the year. The record high for this week is 105 F, set in 1934. Normal temperatures are near the 83 F mark.
