Atlanta will be facing an extended stretch of stormy days ahead.
Thunderstorms are possible into midweek as temperatures hover from the low to mid-80s.

Skies will be mostly sunny until interrupted by storms. Overnight skies will feature a continuation of thunderstorms as well. Stronger storms could impact the region later in the week.
Strong thunderstorms can bring damaging winds and heavy downpours, which can halt travel and cause disruption to other outdoor activities.
