The five-year U.S. Formula One hiatus will end as the Grand Prix returns to the states this weekend.
Racers will start their engines in Austin, Texas, at the Circuit of the Americas on Sunday at 2 p.m. ET and will be met with partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the lower 70s.
NASCAR fans will see similarly pleasant conditions for the Sprint Cup Series race in Homestead, Fla., Sunday.
"It will be a pretty nice day in Homestead," AccuWeather.com Meteorologist Bernie Rayno said. "And not all that humid, either."
The race begins at 2 p.m. ET beneath partly cloudy skies. Temperatures will be in the upper 70s to around 80 degrees F.
