Sunshine will return to the Bay Area in time for the weekend.
After rain late in the week, San Francisco will see dry conditions and clear skies for the first weekend of the fall season.
Temperatures will remain around 75 F through Sunday, which is about normal for this time of year in the region.
There could be some intermittent cloud cover, but those spending any time outdoors should still take precaution and apply sunscreen.
Overnight low temperatures will stay in the upper 50s as the week progresses.
The sunny and dry conditions this weekend will be good news for those planning to attend one of the San Francisco Giants' games against the San Diego Padres, or Sunday's 49ers matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles in Santa Clara.
