St. Patrick's Day was more white than green across the Mid-Atlantic, as Winter Storm Wylie left a heap of snow across the region.
The highest snowfall total as of midday was 13.7 inches in Haywood, Va. Both Washington, DC and Baltimore recorded at least seven inches of snow. Philadelphia saw four inches, enough to push the 2013-2014 season to the second-snowiest winter on record.

The snow is forecast to linger along the Jersey shore and the Delmarva peninsula through Monday.
