The same system spawned dozens more tornadoes across Texas and Oklahoma on Tuesday.
The Mineral Wells police department and other nearby buildings were brushed by the EF-1 tornado and sustained minor damage. However, one building was completely destroyed but no injuries were reported.
Golf ball-sized hail fell near the town during the severe storm.
"It's a pretty impressive storm," Sullivan said. "We're thankful nobody was injured. We're a pretty tight-knit community, and hopefully we'll pull through this."
