A slow-moving storm system will produce several days of unsettled weather across Germany this week.
Showers and thunderstorms will dampen much of the country daily through Thursday.
Thunderstorms will be most widespread across the southern two-thirds of the country on Wednesday and Thursday.
Cologne, Frankfurt, Stuttgart and Dresden could all get multiple thunderstorms during this time with the threat for downpours and strong winds.
“A few of the storms could produce small hail on Wednesday,” said AccuWeather Meteorologist Tyler Roys.
“Wednesday will also be the day with the most widespread thunderstorms,” added Roys.
The greatest threat for thunderstorms will be found from Stuttgart to Munich on Thursday.
Anyone attending Springfest in Munich will want to be prepared for wet weather from Wednesday through Friday.
Areas from Hamburg to Berlin will dodge any thunderstorms; however, daily showers will still dampen outdoor activities through at least Thursday.
A few showers will linger across Germany on Friday before drier weather returns to much of the country over the weekend.
