Tropical Storm Lisa to Weaken, Then Dissipate This Weekend

Tropical Storm Lisa is forecast to weaken the next couple of days as it encounters strong winds aloft.
Lisa was located over 800 miles west-northwest of the Cabo Verde Islands, as of Thursday night.

Current Storm Information
Lisa will move northwest into the central Atlantic Ocean during the next several days, according to the National Hurricane Center forecast.
Therefore, this system is no threat to either the Caribbean basin or the U.S. East Coast.

Projected Path
As the system gains latitude, increasing wind shear and dry air should lead to its demise over the weekend.
