AN ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER POTENTIAL EXISTS THROUGH MUCH OF THE
DAY TODAY. AN EXTREMELY DRY AIRMASS WITH MINIMUM RELATIVE
HUMIDITY VALUES OF 20 TO 30 PERCENT...DRY FINE FUELS DUE TO LACK
OF RECENT RAIN...AND SEASONABLY MILD TEMPERATURES ARE CAUSING
THIS ELEVATED STATE.

NORTHERLY WINDS MAY GUST UP TO 20 MPH AT TIMES THIS MORNING.
WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO DIMINISH DURING THE AFTERNOON.
