After a mild,snowless winter of 2016-17, the weather for spring 2017 has shown a marked difference as it's been,for the most part,unseasonably cool,damp and dreary in both the Northeastern US and the New York City tristate area,in particular,so much so that temperatures on several days in May and June have actually been colder than some high temperatures back in February,in the heart of winter. Here's the high and low temperatures for White Plains,NY,in suburban Westchester County,for a few days in February 2017 and some in May and June 2017 (the latter will include some forecasted high and low temperatures for June 6-8, 2017),to show just how wacky the weather in 2017 has been for this area:
