...Spotty Light Freezing Rain Possible Overnight into Early
Tuesday Morning across Interior Portions of the Lower Hudson
Valley and Southern Connecticut and Western Passaic County...

Spotty light rain will develop after midnight. There will likely
be pockets where temperatures are at or just below freezing
across interior portions of the Lower Hudson Valley...Southern
Connecticut and Western Passaic County. If any of the light rain
occurs over these colder locations...there will be a threat for
freezing rain. Motorists in these areas should slow down and be
alert for locally icy travel late tonight into early Tuesday
morning.

Temperatures should rise above freezing Tuesday morning ending the
icing threat.
