After an unsettled weather pattern plagued the city of Atlanta over the past several days, things will begin to dry out over the area into the early part of next week.
High temperatures are expected to be in the mid-80s F on Monday and Tuesday, slightly below average for this time of year. The average high for Atlanta in early July is 89 degrees Fahrenheit.
Nighttime conditions are expected to stay relatively mild with lows hovering close to 70 degrees F.

"As we head into the middle part of the workweek, a ridge will build overhead increasing cloudiness and the humidity on Wednesday and Thursday," AccuWeather Meteorologist Maggie Samuhel said.
"A boundary will sit just north of the area which will allow the city to miss most disturbances in the later part of the week."
High temperatures are expected to approach the 90-degree mark on those two days with nighttime lows in the low 70s.
Those who are participating in outdoor activities in the later part of the week should monitor the skies and not rule out the threat of a spotty thunderstorm in the evening hours.
At the first sign of thunder or lightning, seek immediate shelter.
