Following an occasionally blustery and chilly weekend, arctic air will arrive in Cleveland early this week.
The coldest air of the season so far is forecast to dive into the region by Monday night and early Tuesday.
High temperatures will fail to climb out of the middle to upper 30s for a couple of days, with gusty winds contributing to AccuWeather.com RealFeel® temperatures in the lower 20 at times.

Overnight lows will plummet into the 20s, so people will want to bundle up.
The arrival of cold air will bring a brief, light round of snow, followed by some lake-effect snow showers.

"Much colder air will sweep into the area by Monday evening in wake of a cold front, changing any rain over to snow," AccuWeather.com Meteorologist Andy Mussoline said.
Lake-effect snow showers will develop and persist Monday night into Tuesday morning.
"The snow showers can bring a coating to one inch of snow near the lake shore to perhaps 3 inches in inland areas," Mussoline said.
