Dry weather and sunshine began on Saturday as highs push to the mid 60s before dropping to the low 50s at night.
Sunday will bring lots of sunshine and a high near 65 degrees, which is about 8 degrees below average for the second half of September. Nighttime will be cool with temperatures in the lows 50s.
The weekend will precede more sunshine for the work week and temperatures warming up throughout the week. Temperatures will still be below average on Monday with highs near 70. But by Wednesday and Thursday, the mercury will be pushing 80 degrees.
