Temperatures will fall through the 20s this evening and eventually
into the teens overnight as arctic cold moves into the region in
the wake of the snow storm earlier.

* Slush and standing water will freeze.
* Black ice will form on untreated surfaces.

Winds gusting to 30 to 35 mph will make it feel close to zero
with the wind chills.
