Over the last few weeks,the weather has been on a roller-coaster in the New York City metro-area,as the weather has gone from warm,spring-like weather (with temps in the 50's, 60's and even 70's),only to slide back towards winter (and not late winter but mid-winter,with temps. only in the 20's and 30's), going back-and-forth between well-above-normal temps to well-below-normal temps and everything from sunny,mild conditions,to cold,even snowy conditions and everything in-between.
