Tonight: Becoming partly cloudy and brutally cold to dangerously frigid with a record,or near record low temperature dropping to the middle single digits BELOW ZERO,the blustery,biting,brutal, northwesterly winds,which could gust up to 40-mph,before diminishing,making it feel brutally, dangerously frigid,like it's around -30 degrees (that's 30 degrees BELOW ZERO),at times,overnight.
