The deadly flooding in Missouri has left many homes and businesses submerged in floodwaters.
Hundreds of people were evacuated in the cities of Pacific, Eureka, Valley Park and Arnold, Missouri, and many of their homes took in water, the AP reports.
The AP added that least 11 levees have failed as of Friday local time.
Flooding across Missouri forced hundreds of road closures, including Interstates 55 and 44.

At least 24 people have been killed by the dangerous flooding, the AP reports. Out of the 14 deaths in Missouri, 13 were caused by vehicles being swept off flooded roads, according to state officials.
President Obama signed a federal emergency declaration for Missouri on Saturday. This will allow federal aid to be used to help local and state response efforts.

Though the worst of the flooding is over in these areas, flooding is expected to surge farther south along the Mississippi River in the coming days, threatening more homes and levees.
