Unsettled and humid weather will hold around Boston before a stretch of sunny, dry and less humid conditions move in at midweek.
A storm will remain off the coast of the Northeast this week, but spotty showers and thunderstorms will attempt to move in to parts of the Northeast.
As the storm departs, a cold front will swing toward the East Coast through Tuesday.

According to AccuWeather Meteorologist Ed Vallee, "Muggy conditions will invade the region with daytime high temperatures near 80 F [early in the week]."
"The approaching front will spark showers and thunderstorms, mainly on Tuesday" he added.
These storms are expected to remain below severe limits but could contain gusty winds and brief downpours.
"The front will slow down significantly along the I-95 corridor allowing the shower/storm chance to last into Tuesday," Vallee said.
After the passage of the cold front, a stretch of refreshing weather looks to take hold into the weekend.

Daytime high temperatures by midweek are expected to be in the lower 80s with overnight lows in the middle 60s.
Average high and low temperatures for the end of August are in the upper 70s and lower 60s respectively.
Sunshine and low humidity will make for perfect outdoor activities such as golfing, running, hiking, or barbecues.
