Low pressure neat northwestern Spain and a stalled frontal boundary to the east of this low will combine to bring widespread showers and thunderstorms to parts of western and southern Europe again on Sunday.
Some of these thunderstorms will be capable of producing flash flooding and damaging winds. The greatest threat for flooding will be from northeast Spain into southern France, northern Italy and Switzerland where repeated rounds of rain and thunderstorms are expected.
Toulouse, Marseille and Milan are all cities that have a high risk for flash flooding through Sunday.

While the threat for flooding will be minimal, locally gusty thunderstorms can still impact locations such as Lisbon, Madrid and Venice anytime through Sunday.
This stalled front will produce additional rain and thunderstorms from Spain into Italy on Monday and Tuesday, so the threat for flooding will continue.
