Yet another snow event is on the horizon for Philadelphia following a frigid start to the new week.
Brutal cold and biting winds will continue to have a firm grip on Philadelphia on Monday.
RealFeel® temperatures starting the day near 20 F below zero will fail to rise above 10 F in the afternoon despite some sunshine. There is a risk of frostbite on exposed skin and hypothermia if not properly dressed.
The cold will set the stage for yet another winter storm to return snow Monday night through Tuesday morning.

Several inches of snow is expected, causing roads to become snow-covered and treacherous.
Travel will remain slow into Tuesday afternoon until road crews can complete their work. Residents are urged to review these tip to clear snow safely.
Airline passengers should prepare for flight delays and cancellations. That is the case even in the afternoon as the snow is winding down due to the resultant ripple effect.
