Through the rest of fall, motorists will notice and have to deal with
the sun's glare more than during summer. Due to the tilt of the Earth
and as the sun appears to migrate toward the Tropic of Capricorn, the
sun sits lower in the sky this time of year. The poor visibility created
by sun glare will be greatly enhanced whenever the windshield is fogged
up or has a coating of frost.
