San Francisco will see seasonable temperatures and sunny skies following periods of low clouds for the next several days.
Temperatures will be slightly above normal stretching into the weekend. The average for this time of year is 67 F. Highs are expected to be near the 70 F mark over the weekend.
Low clouds will roll into the area during the mornings but clear to allow sunny skies to prevail during the afternoon. Night skies will be partly cloudy.
Overnight temperatures will stay in the mid-50s.
With no rain in the projected forecast, areas of northern California continue to be plagued by wildfires. Additionally, another growing statewide concern is the intense drought blanketing the state. Most of the state is classified in exceptional drought according to the U.S. Drought Monitor.
The lack of rain will yield to favorable conditions for outside plans this weekend, however.
