After a pleasant, warm week, showers and cooler temperatures will move back into the Seattle area for the weekend.
The high temperature reached into the low 80s for two days this week, but it will turn cooler starting Friday with the daytime high only reaching 70 degrees F. It will still be an above-normal temperature for this time of year, where the normal high is 65 degrees F.
Showers move in for Saturday. Cooler temperatures will also arrive with the showers with a high only in the low 60s.

Cool, showery weather will continue Sunday and Monday. Highs both days will stay in the low 60s.
Tuesday and Wednesday will turn more seasonable with highs in the mid-60s.
A warming trend returns on Thursday through the weekend with daytime highs possibly taking another run at 80 degrees F.
