There hasn't been any measurable precipitation in San Francisco since April 4.
That may change on Tuesday as a storm system moves into California. It won't be a soaking rain but it will lightly dampen the city.
The steadiest rain is expected to the north of San Francisco.

San Francisco started out with a bang, with 1.20 inches of rainfall during the first four days of April, but hasn't see any since that time.
It will turn cooler with highs held to the 50s on Tuesday.
After the storm system passes, temperatures will go back into the low to mid-60s for the rest of the week.
It will also turn breezy behind the system. Boaters should be aware of the possibility of rougher waters as a result.
Another chance of rain is possible on Saturday.
