* LOCATIONS...ORANGE...PUTNAM...ROCKLAND...AND NORTHERN WESTCHESTER COUNTIES.
* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW.
* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 3 TO 5 INCHES.
* WINDS...SOUTHEAST 5 TO 10 MPH.
* TEMPERATURES...IN THE UPPER 20S....WARMING INTO THE LOWER 30S IN THE AFTERNOON.
* VISIBILITIES...ONE QUARTER TO ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES.
