After a big snowstorm on Tuesday, rain may cause flooding problems in the Cleveland area on Thursday.
Wednesday will be breezy with a high in the upper 30s, but conditions will go downhill for Thursday.
It will breezy and milder on Thursday with periods of rain, heavy at times, and a daytime high near 50 degrees.
The rain combined with the melting snow may trigger street and poor-drainage flooding around the region. It could also cause ice damming, which could damage roofs and allow them to leak; in addition, there is a threat of roof failure due to the combined weight of snow and rain.
