The reappearance of the polar vortex means the return of snow and frigid air in the Cleveland area.
High temperatures will be in the low 20s through Thursday but brisk winds will keep AccuWeather.com RealFeel® temperatures in the single digits to below zero.
There is a chance of snow with little or no accumulation on Tuesday.
