After a pleasant weekend, the Atlanta area will see a cooler week.
Sunday will feature sunshine and patchy clouds and a high near 70 degrees.
Partial sunshine will be the rule for Monday and Tuesday, as daytime highs will be in the low 60s. There is a chance of a shower on Tuesday.

By midweek, temperatures will begin to drop, nearing 40 degrees by Thursday.
Temperatures will rebound to the mid-50s on Friday, just slightly below normal but accompanied by sunshine.
