A frigid cold day is in store on Wednesday, as temperatures hit their lowest temperature of the week at three degrees. Overnight temperatures are forecasted to be below zero.

Temperatures will jump more than ten degrees Wednesday into Thursday, as Thursday will feature a high of 19 degrees.
Heading into the weekend, Friday and Saturday will give Minneapolis residents a small break from the bitter cold as temperatures reach into the mid 20s.
