More waves of Arctic air are in the offing for Detroit this week.
Another storm moving up from the Southwestern states will miss the area Tuesday morning this time.
Locally heavy snow will focus along the I-95 corridor. If you have to travel in that direction, expect more significant delays.

Cold air will remain entrenched over the region through Friday.
The coldest weather of the season so far is poised to settle in Wednesday into Thursday.
The Arctic blast will set up bands of lake-effect snow in the traditional areas around the region.
Later on, as the Arctic air is replaced with less-cold, Pacific-style air, several hours of accumulating snow are possible Friday night.
