After a dramatic change to cold weather and snow to start the weekend, a storm coming Sunday night has the potential to bring more snow and travel problems to Boston and New England.
Colder air will settle in Saturday and Saturday night, paving the way for wintry travel around the metro area later Sunday night into Monday.
While a large amount of snow is not expected, the city could receive another dose of accumulating snow following the first of the season for some areas from late Friday night.

Warmer air is forecast to move in during the storm Monday, causing a changeover to a wintry mix, then rain from the coast to inland areas.
As usual, areas north and west of the city will have the longest duration of snow and ice, where there is the risk of some downed trees and sporadic power outages, as well as more general slippery road conditions.
There may be flight delays out of area airports Sunday night through Monday due to snow and wintry mix at first, then from rain and low ceilings later.
